Offered on a complimentary basis to CNA producers, policyholders and potential customers, the Webinars help participants better understand various business risks and applicable risk control solutions.

Applying for an insurance support personnel position?
Right after graduating from high school I took a summer job with State Farm Insurance. I took the Property and Casualty test and passed on first attempt within the first month working there. I only worked until August because I was going to start at the university and just wanted to focus on my studies.
Now I applied for a part-time job at American Family Insurance, but its been over a year since I had my last insurance related job. I probably forgot many things there is to know about the certain policy restrictions and so forth. Therefore, I’m assuming one of the things I will be doing is talking to customers about policies if I get hired. Will I probably be briefed on the certain things I need to know to interact with clients?
